Alexandra Herzog-Windeck has built an innovative platform with Free your Business that supports entrepreneurs and self-employed individuals in optimizing processes using the subconscious. Our online membership area includes group coaching, individual coaching, and tutorials – complemented by webinars, podcasts, online conferences, and public appearances. Our clients include entrepreneurs from industries such as IT, fashion, sustainability, finance, consulting, sports, crafts, health, and advertising/marketing, among many others.

Tasks

Online Marketing & Automations

• Building and optimizing funnels, email campaigns, and automated customer journeys (e.g., via Pipedrive, Cleverreach, Social Media)

• Structure, tracking logic, and conversion mindset: you don't think in posts, but in results

• Texts and content: for posts, whether as text or video, you know what should be presented how and what content should be communicated, and you plan entire campaigns. You increase reach and conversion

• Use of AI in almost all areas. Building agents, optimization, integration, etc.

Sales (digital & phone & video)

• From chats on social media, to community management in the membership area, networking, to closing deals: you love working with people

• Active selling: you confidently guide prospects from the first contact to the close – empathetically, clearly, and reliably

• Organization and process control with tools like YouCanBookMe, automated reminder emails

• Smart use of AI tools for sales research, scripts, emails, and processes

Launch & Event Management

• Planning and execution of group transformations, online conferences, webinars, and presentations

• Creation/coordination of landing pages, goodies/lead magnets, social media communication, and follow-up sequences

Tools

• Memberspot, Pipedrive, Youcanbookme, Cleverreach, Wordpress, adobe premiere, Claude Team, Chat pgt, midjourney, Canva, Linkedin, LinkedIN SalesNavigator, Facebook, Word/Excel/Powerpoint, video editing, transcripts, OBS, Zoom, Signal, whatsapp Business

Qualifications

What you bring

• Technical affinity and enjoyment in connecting tools, building and automating processes

• Organizational talent and ideally initial leadership experience or team coordination

• Degree in Online Marketing / Marketing / Communication and at least 7 years of professional experience

• You have completed at least one coaching training yourself.

• You work independently, are proactive, and want responsibility
