Online Marketing Project Manager (m/w/d)

We are an e-Commerce agency based in Berlin and focus on developing and marketing online shops for our customers. We are currently looking for a motivated individual to support us in the field of Online Marketing for our e-Commerce clients – with initial emphasis on SEO/GEO and the perspective of taking over additional disciplines in the medium term.

Tasks

• You will be responsible for building and implementing SEO/GEO (AI search) projects in the e-Commerce environment.
• You will be the central point of contact for your customers and identify opportunities for expanding cooperation.
• You will develop online marketing strategies and create SEO/GEO (AI search) audits.
• You will learn complementary tasks fields to SEO/GEO (AI search) – particularly SEA, E-Mail Marketing, and Paid Social – in the medium term, to elevate your skills to the next level.
• You will work with the latest AI tools – particularly Claude and n8n – and actively integrate them into your daily work to become more efficient and effective.
• You will moderate and plan tasks for individual specialists (particularly writers, developers, and assistants).
• You will conduct workshops & presentations at your customers' sites.
• You will create regular reports and lead data-driven recommendations for further growth.

Qualification

• A completed degree, ideally in the field of Marketing.
• Solid appearance and advanced communication skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive work style.
• Efficient work style and the ability to quickly understand and structure complex matters.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in Online Marketing.
• Openness and curiosity when dealing with AI tools (e.g. Claude, n8n) – ideally first-hand experience in productive use.
• Advanced organizational and planning skills.
• Pleasure in teamwork.
• Motivation and eagerness to learn.
• Mother tongue German language skills.
