Online Marketing Internship - Start: 15.11.26 (m/f/d) - Remote

We are now looking for an Marketing Intern (m/f/d) starting from 15.11.2026. You will work directly with the founders on growth, marketing operations, and revenue-driving initiatives. This is not a classic internship; it is your opportunity to take on real responsibility and have a real impact on our growth.

Tasks

• Set up, test, and analyze performance marketing campaigns

• Analyze funnel and conversion metrics and derive improvements from them

• Expand lead generation, for example via LinkedIn

• Maintain and learn to understand our CRM (HubSpot)

• Automate recurring processes, such as content planning, reporting, or lead capture (e.g., with Make, Zapier, n8n)

• Test new AI tools and evaluate if they save real time in the team

• Optimize GEO & visibility in AI searches

Qualifications

What you bring:

• You are preferably studying with a focus on Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or similar

• You work independently, communicate clearly, and get things done

• Understanding of automation tools (e.g., Make, Zapier) and AI tools (e.g., Claude)

• Fluent German and English

Nice to have:

• Initial experience in performance marketing or growth projects

• Initial experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)

• Initial experience with lead generation platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
