Tasks

Sculpting the Future
Support our team in Marketing – creatively, analytically and self-responsibly.
Shape our external impact actively with and become part of the voice that shows who we are and what moves us.

This is what you can expect from us:

• **Content Creation:
  **Create and prepare content for our homepage, LinkedIn, Instagram and other channels, bringing in your sense for texts, graphics and videos.
• **Editorial Planning & Community
  **Shape and maintain our editorial plan and take over community management, interacting, commenting and monitoring our channels.
• **Campaigns & Formats
  **Support the promotion of our webinars, workshops and events and contribute to reaching people who we want to move.
• **Analysis & Reporting
  **Evaluate our social media KPIs, derive fundamental optimization recommendations from them and actively work on reporting to develop marketing decisions together.
• **Research & Trends
  **Observe trends, tools and best practices and bring in impulses for new formats, A/B tests and innovative approaches that further develop our marketing and inject fresh energy into it.
• **Co-shaping our marketing strategy
  **Bring your ideas in and develop with us how pm result appears externally.

Qualification

Show Your Competences
Your field of study is not so important to us, what matters:

• High self-responsibility, Eigeninitiative and Hands-on-Mentalität characterize you.
• Your Organisationskompetenz is top – many or complex tasks do not scare you off.
• You already have a sense for texts, visual design and video formats through your studies, internships or jobs.
• First experience with tools like Meta Business Suite or LinkedIn Analytics is advantageous.
