MBA Design & Display Produkt GmbH is an international family-owned company based in Reutlingen. For over 50 years, we have developed and produced modular wall systems (Mila-wall) for museums, exhibitions, galleries, and brand spaces worldwide.

To further develop our online marketing, we are looking for a Online Marketing & Performance Manager, who is operationally strong, likes to analyze, optimize, and actively steer campaigns.

Aufgaben

Operative care and optimization of our Performance-Marketing-Campaigns

• Google, Bing Ads
• LinkedIn Ads
• Meta (Facebook / Instagram)

Ongoing Analysis of campaigns, target groups, and budgets

Support in the Optimization of landing pages (Conversion-Focus)

Participation in SEO measures (Content, Structure, Performance)

Maintenance and further development of our Website

Creation of Newsletters (Sending, Evaluation, Optimization)

Evaluations & Reports (KPIs, Learnings, Optimization Proposals)

Tight cooperation with the management team.

Qualifikation

Practical experience in online marketing / performance marketing
(e.g. through job, agency, work-study activity or own projects)

Knowledge of:

• Google Ads
• Social Media Ads (LinkedIn, Meta)
• Web Analysis (e.g. Google Analytics)

Interest in Data, Numbers and Optimization

Structured, reliable work style

Desire to learn and take responsibility

Very good German language skills, English is an advantage
