• Performance-Marketing Ownership: You steer and optimize our performance-marketing funnel across various platforms, maximizing conversion rates.
• Development and implementation of digital campaigns: You develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns along the entire customer journey - data-driven, creative, and effective, to effectively address our target groups.
• Growth Marketing: You identify growth opportunities and set scalable growth strategies in place to achieve sustainable company growth.
• Analysis, reporting, and optimization: You analyze relevant KPIs, optimize campaigns continuously, and report regularly and transparently on performance and ROI.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration: You work closely with our experts and use modern technology and AI to create strong creatives, landing pages, and content together, to develop high-quality and targeted content.

Qualification

• Experience: You have 1-4 years of practical experience in marketing, ideally with the implementation of online marketing campaigns, actively supported and involved.
• Passion: You are passionate about exactly this job! You have a strong self-motivation and passion for clean, agile process and project management.
• Startup responsibility: You have taken on responsibility for your area of expertise, even if it was outside your comfort zone. You took things without hesitation, were result-oriented, and quickly implemented.
• Personal growth: You learn and develop yourself eagerly, whether in your job, the sector you work in, or privately! You seek proactive feedback. While keeping the team's success in mind.
