Job description
About moinAI
moinAI is the Agentic AI Platform for customer service and marketing. Our AI agents not only answer inquiries, but solve them independently: integrated into our customers' systems, controllable, GDPR-compliant, and Made in Germany. Over 170 companies rely on us, from Octopus Energy and ImmoScout24 to Hays and TEAG, and the Chocoversum in Hamburg.
Your Role
Do you want to do more than just manage marketing; do you want to create visibility? Then we are looking for you as an Online Marketing Manager. Here, you won't be handed a ready-made editorial plan: you decide how moinAI appears on Google, in LLMs, and on LinkedIn, and you make our expertise visible with your own content. From the first keyword to the newsletter, you will be responsible for our organic channels.
Your Tasks
You will further develop our SEO and GEO strategy so that moinAI is visible in Google and in AI searches such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
You will plan and manage content along the customer journey: blog articles, landing pages, case studies, and whitepapers. You will also maintain our website in Webflow.
You will be responsible for the editorial plan, posts, and community management of our LinkedIn company page and will support management and the team in building their personal profiles.
You will conceptualize and send out our newsletter.
You will measure the success of all channels (GA4, Search Console, HubSpot) and derive concrete measures from them.
What You Bring
At least 4 years of experience in online marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS company
Demonstrable success in SEO and content, as well as an interest in GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
Experience in building a B2B brand on LinkedIn and with newsletter or email marketing
Confident use of AI tools in everyday work
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, as well as very good English language skills
A hands-on mentality: you develop strategies and implement them yourself
What We Offer You
4-day week, 22.5 vacation days: more time for what is important to you outside of work
Hybrid working, initially limited to 12 months: in the office in Hamburg or remote
Mobility: Deutschlandticket, Swapfiets or JobRad, according to your choice
Subsidies & Extras: Pluxee Card or Urban Sports Club, as well as a weekly organic fruit box and drinks according to your wishes
Your Application
We look forward to receiving your CV and 2 to 3 work samples that you are proud of, such as articles, LinkedIn posts, or campaigns. A short cover letter is perfectly sufficient. Robert will also be happy to help you with any questions in advance.
