Online Marketing Manager:in mit Schwerpunkt Social Media & SEA

We are looking for a creative, structured personality, who enjoys thinking and implementing marketing comprehensively – from content over Social Media to Funnels.

You have a good sense for target groups, contents, and designs, work efficiently with modern tools, and bring ideas not only in, but also set them up independently.

With excellent German language skills in writing and speaking, a keen eye for details, and a high quality standard, you ensure professional content and clear communication outward.

Aufgaben

• You develop and optimize our Funnels and Landingpages, so that interested parties become qualified applicants.
• You create Werbetexte and Content, that really speak to our target group and move them to take action.
• You plan, create, and publish Social-Media-Inhalte (e.g. posts, stories, creatives).
• You take over our in-house Social Media Management and that of our customers, and ensure a professional and consistent appearance.
• You create appealing Creatives (e.g. with Canva) for our marketing campaigns.
• You actively develop our product portfolio further, to deliver maximum value to customers.

Qualifikation

• At least 3–5 years of professional experience in Online-Marketing, ideally in the B2B field – whether from an agency, a company, or as a freelancer.
• A strong experience in Content-Erstellung: You have managed channels (Meta, LinkedIn) independently and know from experience which contents pull on which platform – and which do not.
• Good knowledge in Performance-Marketing (focus on Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads from an advantage) – you don't have to be a pro, but you should grasp the basics.
• Very good knowledge in creating and a sense for appealing Werbebilder/Creatives.
• A structured, independent working style: You can prioritize, organize yourself, and deliver results.
• A secure handling of KI-Tools in daily work (texts, research, evaluations).
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking.
