Tasks

You'll take over our entire online presence – independently, strategically, and with genuine design freedom. No busywork from briefings, but thinking ahead and implementing.

Specifically:

• SEO & SEA: Building and maintaining our organic visibility as well as controlling paid campaigns
• Website: In-depth content development and optimization (text, structure, user experience)
• LinkedIn: Building and maintaining our community, content planning, and editing
• Newsletter & Blog: Regular contributions on topics around Pay Equity, HR, and Compliance – understandable, relevant, well-written
• Strategy: Together with the CRO, you'll develop a cohesive online marketing strategy and implement it

Qualification

What you bring

• Experience in SEO/SEA and content marketing (preferably from an agency)
• Very good writing skills in German and English
• A desire to take things into your own hands – you don't wait for someone to tell you what to do
• A sense for B2B communication, ideally in the HR or SaaS sector
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
