Online Marketing Manager / Performance Marketer

The Academy for Family Coaching is a growing company in the field of coaching and education. We train child, youth, and family coaches and accompany experts in building their own online training.

Our marketing is not an end in itself, but directly connected to growth, positioning, and revenue.

Therefore, we are looking for you as an experienced online marketing manager with a clear focus on performance, funnel, and conversion.

Aufgaben

These are your tasks:

• Strategic and operational implementation of our online marketing activities with a focus on lead generation and conversion
• Concept, creation, and optimization of landing pages along our funnel structure
• Planning, implementation, and continuous optimization of meta and Google Ads campaigns
• Steering and scaling of campaign budgets (especially in the webinar area from 30k+)
• Analysis and evaluation of all relevant KPIs along the customer journey
• Identification of weaknesses in the funnel and derivation of concrete optimization measures
• Close cooperation with marketing and sales to guide interested parties directly to a purchase decision
• Translation of our content and attitude into clear and effective marketing messages

Qualifikation

You bring:

• Multiple years of experience in online marketing with a clear focus on performance marketing (Meta & Google)
• Proven experience in building and optimizing funnels, ideally in the webinar context including reference customers
• Secure handling of tracking, analysis tools, and data-based decisions
  Understanding of sales psychology and customer journey
• The ability to think strategically and implement operations simultaneously
• Independent, structured working style and a high expectation of results
• Ideal experience in coaching, education, or personal branding
