We are looking for an Online Marketing Manager (40-100%) to implement and further develop our digital marketing, working closely with Sales and Product.

Responsibilities

As an Online Marketing Manager at Nairon GmbH, your responsibilities include:

  • You plan and implement online campaigns, with a focus on LinkedIn.

  • You create and optimize content such as posts, blog articles, and case studies.

  • You develop lead generation and manage paid campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.

  • You measure and improve the performance of your campaigns (KPIs, conversion rates).

  • You set up funnels, email campaigns, and lead nurturing in HubSpot or a comparable tool.

  • You maintain the CRM and support Sales with lead qualification and sales documentation.

Requirements

Experience: Initial experience (Junior) or several years (Manager) in online marketing, social media, and content.

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot.

  • Good understanding of customer journeys and sales funnels; analytical and data-driven.

Communication:

  • German at a business-fluent to very high level (C1-C2).

  • Very good English, written and spoken, our internal working language.

Personal Skills:

  • Interest in AI, language technology, and innovation.

  • Independent, structured work within a remote team.

Benefits

  • Flexible Work: Work fully remote or from a co-working space – whatever suits you best.

  • Equipment: Company laptop and company mobile phone for all employees.

  • Team Culture: A small, agile team where your contribution directly counts.

  • Development: A fast-growing company with diverse tasks and a lot of creative freedom.

Conclusion

If you want to help build the marketing for an AI company, we look forward to receiving your application.
