Online Marketing Manager (m/w/d) Full-time

We are looking for you, if you have a passion to take over our digital marketing and set up, manage, and optimize campaigns independently.

You will work directly with the team and ensure that we gain more reach and qualified leads for our coaching and consulting offers.

Tasks

• Planning, creation, and optimization of Meta Ads
• Budget management and performance monitoring of all campaigns
• Creation and maintenance of landing pages on WordPress and other tools
• Scheduling ads on additional channels such as Google, TikTok, or LinkedIn
• Evaluation of results and derivation of improvements
• Development of new ideas for lead generation and brand awareness

Qualification

• Experience in online marketing, especially in the area of paid ads
• Familiarity with Meta Business Manager and ideally Google Ads
• Knowledge of WordPress and page builders like Elementor
• Understanding of target groups, funnels, and KPIs
• Independent, structured working style
