Kopp Verlag is an independent media and e-commerce company with over 30 years of market experience and an independent publishing approach. Our product range extends from books and magazines to dietary supplements, food, and drugstore items, as well as outdoor & survival and home & garden.

Email marketing is an important sales channel for us. That's why we are looking for someone who doesn't just know SAP Emarsys from a presentation, but can really work with it. Together with our marketing team, you will further develop our campaigns, automations, and data-driven marketing processes. Your focus will be on email and CRM – at the same time, you will have the opportunity to contribute your ideas to other marketing areas with us.

Tasks

Your Job

• You will conceptualize, plan, and manage target group-specific email marketing campaigns in SAP Emarsys
• You will further develop our automations – from lifecycle and trigger campaigns to transactional and reactivation journeys
• You will work with segmentation, the Automation Center, Predict, and relational data
• You will analyze relevant marketing KPIs, create reports, and derive concrete optimization measures from them
• You will continuously further develop our email and CRM marketing strategy
• You will work together with the involved departments on data flows, interfaces, and marketing processes
• You will observe new opportunities in digital marketing and contribute your own ideas
• Your focus will be on email and CRM – if you would also like to contribute to other marketing areas beyond this, you will explicitly have the space for it with us

Qualifications

What you bring

• Several years of professional experience in email or CRM marketing or in a comparable online marketing area
• Very good practical knowledge of SAP Emarsys – especially campaign management, segmentation, Automation Center, Predict, and Relational Data
• An apprenticeship or a degree in marketing, e-commerce, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
• Technical understanding of APIs, data flows, and interfaces between different systems
• Analytical thinking and a good understanding of KPIs and data-driven marketing
• You work independently, structured, and results-oriented and drive topics forward on your own responsibility
• You have a good feel for target groups and relevant customer communication
• Customer and market-oriented thinking as well as the willingness to try out new ideas and channels
• Team spirit and strong communication skillsVery good German language skills, both written and spoken
