Job description
Description:
You ensure that Prevenio is visible and convincing online. You are responsible for our website and manage our ad campaigns. You prefer to work smarter rather than harder: AI tools, automation, and new workflows are tools for you, not buzzwords.
Your Tasks:
You maintain our website, take care of on-page SEO, and increase our visibility step by step.
You build landing pages and forms, set up conversion tracking, and ensure that visitors become customers.
You research keywords and target groups, write ad copy, and set up ad campaigns independently.
You optimize ongoing campaigns and test new approaches.
You keep an eye on the numbers, create reports, and derive concrete measures from them.
You look at new tools and share what proves effective with the team.
You work closely with content, design, and sales and report to the Head of Marketing.
Your Qualifications:
Initial experience in online marketing, possibly also from an apprenticeship or working student job
You have already worked with a Content Management System, ideally WordPress
Basic knowledge of Google, Bing, and Social Ads, SEO, and web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console)
You enjoy working analytically, independently, and are proactive
Very good German and English skills
What awaits you:
A permanent position in a stable company
Hybrid working and flexible working hours
38-hour week and 30 days of vacation
Further training, company pension scheme, merchandise vouchers, meal vouchers, kindergarten subsidy, and recreation allowance
A modern office in Lingen and regular team events
