Online Marketing Manager (m/w/d) - Focus on Social Media Ads, Remote

We are looking for support in online marketing!

You love working with social media and know your way around ads? Then you're exactly right with us. To support our team, we're looking for a motivated person who will fill our social media channels with life – and above all, launch performant ads.

Tasks

• Planning, creation, and maintenance ofSocial Media Ads(Meta Ads – Facebook & Instagram, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
• Analyzing and optimizing ongoing campaigns (performance, target groups, budgets)
• Supporting the care and posting of organic contributions on our channels
• Closely coordinating with our team on content, goals, and budget allocation

Qualification

• First experience inlaunching and evaluating Social Media Ads(e.g., from studies, agency, or projects)
• Understanding of target groups, conversion, and campaign structures
• Sense for good design and appealing texts
• Independent, structured work style and enthusiasm for digital topics
