Online-Marketing Manager (m/w/d), Focus SEO, Content & AI

We are a growing online marketing agency and work for customers who want visibility, substance, and honest marketing.

To achieve this, we are looking for an experienced online marketer, who produces content strategically – and has the desire to develop marketing comprehensively.

We would like to fill this position as a reinforcement of our marketing team, ideally on a full-time basis. The workplace is our agency in Leer.

Tasks

You will work independently on customer projects and bring your experience actively into play. This includes:

• Development and implementation of content strategies (website, blog, social media)
• SEO: theme research, keyword and search intention analysis, optimization of existing content
• BUILDING OF AI visibility (e.g. content for search engines & AI systems, structured content, prompt strategies)
• Planning, creation, and control of social media content
• Counseling and coordination with customers
• Analysis of performance and derivation of concrete measures

Qualification

• Ideal candidate with several years of experience in online marketing (agency or in-house)
• Very good feeling for content, language, and target groups
• Fundamental knowledge in SEO (on-page, content-SEO, search intention) and/or experience working with AI tools for content, research, and workflows
• Understanding of social media, platforms, and formats
• Structured, self-employed work style
• Pleasure in responsibility and co-thinking
