Online Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

You'll Be Doing This at Our Company – Your Job:

• Performance Marketing with Impact: You develop and are responsible for our performance marketing strategy, focusing on new customer acquisition, revenue growth, and profitability.
• Channel Ownership End-to-End: You plan, steer, and optimize our performance and CRM channels – from Google, Meta, and TikTok to newsletters and WhatsApp.
• Data-Driven Growth: You are responsible for budget management of all performance channels and make informed decisions based on KPIs, attribution, and data.
• Ai-Powered Marketing: You use AI to create content and improve efficiency in media buying and drive the adoption of new technologies actively forward.
• Search & Visibility: You develop our SEO and GEO strategy further and strengthen the visibility of our brand in search systems and LLMs through relevant content and optimized product data.
• Strong Partnerships: You work closely with our performance marketing agencies, as well as the Marketing and E-Commerce teams, to ensure that all measures are implemented in line with the brand.

This Is What You Should Bring – Your Skills:

HARD SKILLS – NICE TO HAVE, LET'S TALK

• You have a background in E-Commerce or Digital Marketing and at least four years of relevant experience, ideally in the fashion or lifestyle industry.
• You are comfortable working with common shop and analytics systems, think entrepreneurially, and steer your business safely based on KPIs and data.
• Ideal candidates have knowledge of the following systems: GA4, Klar, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Shopify, Klaviyo.
