As an Online Marketing Manager (m/f/d), after onboarding, you will manage 50-60 of your own clients. You will be their dedicated contact person, coordinate the job profile and target group with them, and internally coordinate the campaign team, recruiters, and content production. You will be responsible for ensuring that a campaign works.

Most skilled workers do not actively search for a new job. We use AI specifically in our day-to-day business: ad texts, filter questions for lead forms, campaign analyses, and candidate profiles are generated through our own AI workflows. Therefore, you spend your time making decisions, not copy-pasting.

In the end, one question counts: How many suitable applicants arrive at the client, and what does each one cost?

Tasks

What awaits you (and what you will learn with us)

Your Daily Business:

• Your own clients which you will manage as a dedicated contact person and develop long-term

• Projects which you will manage from kick-off through setup to launch

• Background processes which you will organize by bringing together sales, the campaign team, recruiters, and content production

• Campaigns in Meta Ads and Dripify which you will set up yourself and continuously optimize

• AI workflows and automations which you will use in your daily work and develop further with us

• KPIs such as cost per lead and applicant quality which you will track, analyze, and translate into clear reports

• Content plans and video shoots which you will plan and where you will actively participate on-site

• Technical interfaces between advertising platforms, funnels, and tools, which you will understand and implement

Qualifications

Who we are looking for

This position is ideal for you if you…

• Have completed a degree, for example, in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Marketing, Media, or similar, or have one to two years of professional experience

• Find AI and optimized processes exciting and want to work more productively with them than others

• Want to take on responsibility and be measured by results

• Are attracted by numbers, dashboards, and new tools, rather than being intimidated by them

• Work in a structured manner and maintain an overview even with multiple projects running in parallel

• Project a confident image to clients and advocate for your recommendations

• Are from Nuremberg and the surrounding area or want to move here

• A plus, but not a requirement: Experience with Meta Ads, AI tools, automation (e.g., Make or Zapier), sales, project management, or data analysis.
