Online Marketing Manager (m/w/d) in Full-time

We are a small, growing digital agency in the heart of Cologne and are looking for reinforcement in the field of Online Marketing. For our customers, we cover the entire spectrum - from SEO to Paid Media to strategic website relaunches. If you're eager to actively shape projects and grow with us, we'd be delighted to have you!

Tasks

In this role, you won't just be a strategic sparring partner for our customers, but will also take operational responsibility. You'll take over the management of exciting projects and have the freedom to design campaigns from scratch to final implementation:

• Comprehensive operational support: You're not only advisory, but set up online marketing campaigns (e.g., SEO, newsletter marketing) independently, optimize them continuously, and keep the reins in your hands. While you enjoy getting involved in new channels.
• Customer consulting & project management: You're the first point of contact for your customers, advise them honestly on an equal footing, and manage your projects independently - from kick-off to reporting.
• Trends & Innovation: You keep an eye out for new advertising forms and bring your own ideas straight onto the street.

Qualification

• Experience in Digital Marketing: You bring at least 2-3 years of practical experience in online marketing (agency experience is a plus!).
• No fear of numbers: You can interpret results data-driven and draw the right conclusions from them.
• Communication talent: You have genuine joy in exchanging with customers and accompanying projects sovereignly and sympathetically.
• The right all-rounder mindset: You're curious, think solution-oriented, and are eager to flexibly get involved in new marketing disciplines.
