Online Marketing Manager (m/f/d) in Performance Marketing & Project Management

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities:

• Create, optimize, and further develop landing pages and funnels

• Implement performance marketing campaigns and marketing setups

• Plan, coordinate, and advance customer projects on time

• Co-develop texts, creatives, and other marketing materials

• Work with CRM and project management systems

• Intensively use modern AI tools in daily work

• Improve, standardize, and document internal processes

• Analyze results and campaigns and derive optimizations

• Prospectively take over own customer projects and parts of customer communication

The position is intentionally versatile: we are not looking for a pure specialist, but for someone who understands marketing, can implement it themselves, and at the same time maintains an overview of projects and processes.

Qualifications

What you should bring:

You don't need a perfect agency CV. What matters to us is what you can actually do and how quickly you develop.

Ideally, you already have practical experience in online marketing, performance marketing, or digital projects.

We particularly value:

• Very good digital and technical comprehension

• Confident and curious use of AI tools

• Understanding of landing pages, funnels, and online marketing

• Basic understanding of copywriting and conversion

• Structured and reliable working method

• Good project management and organizational skills

• Independent problem-solving and high personal responsibility

• High willingness to learn and desire to take responsibility
