Online Marketing Manager (m/w/d) Full-Stack / Client Lead

We are looking for an Online Marketing Manager (m/w/d), who takes full responsibility for one of our clients – from strategy to implementation (Landing Pages, Tracking, Copywriting, etc.).

We are a scaling agency. We develop selected coaching-, consulting companies and personal brands from seven-figure annual revenues.

We only work with companies and personal brands that bring about real change. Marketing is our tool to empower the customers of our clients. Therefore, we only work with market leaders who have a big vision and want to change the world sustainably.

Aufgaben

You are the central point of contact for one of our clients. You steer all measures, set yourself up, and ensure that campaigns, funnels, and ads run smoothly.

Your tasks:

• Development and further development of the marketing strategy together with the CEO and the client
• BUILDING OF LANDING PAGES (WordPress / Elementor / Funnelbuilder)
• BUILDING AND MAINTENANCE OF TRACKINGS (Google Sheets, Google Tag Manager, Meta/YouTube Tracking)
• Technical implementation of funnels, automations, and integrations (via Zapier)
• Writing of advertising texts for Landing Pages, Ads, and E-Mails
• Analysis of KPIs, identification of bottlenecks, derivation of concrete measures
• Tight cooperation with our internal team (Media Buyer, Cutter, Designer)

You will receive support in all areas and work closely with our CEO and the client to develop strategies.

The job is only for you if you really have a passion for marketing and are willing to fully commit yourself to a project and lead it to success.

The payment consists of a fixed component + commission, depending on customer success.

This means: high responsibility and high payment possible.

Qualifikation

What you must bring:

• You have at least 3 years of experience in online marketing and have already been responsible for real results.
• You know the coaching- and consulting industry: funnels, webinars, Ads, and launches are your everyday business, not a new territory.
• BUILDING OF LANDING PAGES AND WRITING OF ADVERTISING TEXTS
• BUILDING OF TRACKINGS
• You can immerse yourself in problem-solving and find solutions independently, whether technical or strategic in nature
• You have organized webinars or workshops and understand how launches work
• Use of AI to write texts faster, generate better ideas, and simplify processes
• You have a passion for marketing and psychology. You know how marketing works and want more of it
• You make regular weekly sports or other regular activities outside of work
• And the decisive thing: you have a High-Performance-Mindset – you don't settle for mediocrity, but want to achieve outstanding results. You also demand outstanding results from your fellow humans
