As Online Marketing Manager (m/w/d) – Focus Paid/SEA & Performance Marketing at Holz-Richter GmbH, you drive forward our paid campaigns, analyze performance data, and leverage new potential in Google Ads & Co. – in a growing e-commerce team with high self-responsibility.

Tasks

• Strategic planning, implementation, and optimization of Paid campaigns (Google Ads: Search, PMax, Display, Shopping; optional Bing/Microsoft Ads)
• Development, control, and monitoring of the Performance-Marketing-Strategy (ROAS, CTR, CPC etc.)
• Creation and interpretation of reportings and dashboards for campaign analysis
• Keyword analysis, target group segmentation, and budget control to increase efficiency
• Collaboration with Online-Marketing, Data Analytics, and Product Teams for cross-channel optimization
• Identification of trends, platform innovations, and testing approaches to continuous improvement

Qualification

• Completed education or study in the field of Marketing, Economics, Media, etc. or comparable professional experience
• 1-3+ years of experience in Online/Performance-Marketing with focus SEA/Paid (Google Ads and ideally Microsoft/Bing Ads)
• Familiarity with analysis and tracking tools (Google Analytics, GA4 etc.)
• Numerate, analytical, structured – you lead action recommendations based on data
• Team player with self-responsible work style and high quality and result orientation
• Very good German and good English skills
