Online Marketing Manager (m/w/d) | Fokus E-Commerce

You will work directly with decision-makers, have a real impact on revenue and profitability of our customers, and develop growth strategies actively instead of just running campaigns "to be done".

Aufgaben

Your Role

As Online Marketing Manager, you will take strategic responsibility for the performance of selected e-commerce customers.

You will develop scalable marketing strategies, steer implementation together with our customers, and ensure that advertising budgets become profitable growth.

Your Tasks

• Development of comprehensive online marketing strategies for e-commerce brands with a focus on Meta Ads, Google Ads & E-Mail-Marketing
• SUPPORTING the customer in steering and optimizing Meta Ads & Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
• Development of Creative-Strategies (Ad Angles, Hooks, Testing-Frameworks)
• SUPPORTING in Landingpage-Optimierung & Conversion-Optimierung
• Participation in Offer Building and positioning of customers
• Analysis of KPIs (ROAS, MER, CAC, CLV etc.) and derivation of concrete measures
• CLOSE COLLABORATION with customers on a strategic level

Qualifikation

What you bring

• Multiple years of experience in performance marketing in the e-commerce environment
• Very good knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Experience in E-Mail-Marketing (e.g. Klaviyo or comparable tools)
• Strategic thinking: You understand that performance does not only arise from the advertising manager
• Safe handling with numbers, KPIs, and business logic
• Structured, self-responsible working style
• Clear communication and confident appearance in customer interactions
• Very good German skills
