What awaits you

• Performance Marketing Ownership: You independently manage and optimize our performance marketing funnel across various platforms and maximize conversion rates.
• Development and implementation of digital campaigns: You develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns along the entire customer journey - data-driven, creative and effective to effectively address our target groups.
• Growth Marketing: You identify growth opportunities and implement scalable growth strategies to achieve sustainable company growth.
• Analysis, reporting and optimization: You analyze relevant KPIs, continuously optimize campaigns and report regularly and transparently on performance and ROI.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration: You work closely with our experts and use the latest technology and AI to create strong creatives, landing pages and content together to develop high-quality and targeted content.

Qualification

• Experience. You have gained 1 to 4 years of practical professional experience in marketing, ideally actively supporting and participating in the implementation of online marketing campaigns.
• Passion. You are keen on this very job! You have a strong self-motivation and passion for clean, agile process and project management.
• Start-up responsibility. You have demonstrably enjoyed taking responsibility for your area of expertise, even if it was outside your comfort zone. You tackled things without hesitation, were results-oriented and quick in implementation.
• Personal growth. You learn and develop eagerly, whether in your job, the sector you work in, but also privately! You proactively seek feedback. You keep the success of the team in mind.
• Smart. You have very good analytical and structural skills to clearly think through scenarios in advance. You implement what you have thought through in a structured manner.
• Language. Your German is ideally at “native speaker” level. Your English is good for conversations.
