Online Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Alpurial is a young brand for high-quality dietary supplements in the equine sector. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a versatile Marketing All-rounder (m/f/d) who will take on diverse tasks in online marketing and e-commerce – from campaign management, content, and social media to the analysis of performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Planning, implementation, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email, newsletters, possibly paid ads)
• Creation and maintenance of content for the shop, landing pages, social media, and other marketing touchpoints
• Participation in the further development of our brand message, tonality, and visual communication
• Support with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
• Evaluation and preparation of marketing metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversion, ROAS of selected measures)
• Close collaboration with e-commerce, warehouse, customer service, and external partners
• Participation in the optimization of our customer journey and conversion in the shop
• General marketing and organizational activities as well as participation in projects for the further development of our marketing and e-commerce business

Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship or degree in marketing, communication, media, or a comparable qualification with a focus on online marketing
• Initial practical experience in marketing, ideally in the e-commerce or D2C environment
• Confident use of Office tools, ideally initial experience with shop systems, social media platforms, or marketing tools
• Structured, careful working style and a high sense of responsibility
• High willingness to learn and joy in familiarizing yourself with new topics and tools
• Flexibility and hands-on mentality: You jump in where support is needed
• Interest in the world of horses is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Ideally, you live near Neuss and can work regularly on-site at the office
