Aufgaben

The wind is blowing well, there are still so many opportunities to explore together!

Your tasks on deck:

• Performance-Strategie: You plan, create, and optimize high-performance campaigns on Meta (Instagram & Facebook)
• Budgetverantwortung: You manage and scale our Ad budgets with a clear focus on ROAS and CPA
• UGC & Creative Direction: You are the interface to creation. You brief creators for user-generated content (UGC), select the best hooks, and develop from them converting video ads
• Monitoring & Testing: You conduct continuous A/B tests (creative, copy, landing pages) and derive recommendations from them
• Analyse: You create detailed reports and keep KPIs like CAC, LTV, and retention in mind
• Freelancer-Koordination: You coordinate and support our freelancers in the areas of text, design, and technology (Amazon & Google) and ensure a smooth, partnership-based collaborationProject support: You support our team with varied projects around online marketing and actively participate in implementation

Qualifikation

What we expect from you:

• You have at least 2-5 years of professional experience in online marketing, ideally in performance marketing
• A completed degree in the field of marketing, communication, business administration-marketing or a comparable field or an equivalent vocational training and corresponding professional experience can be demonstrated
• You are familiar with the common SEM/SEA and Facebook Ads platforms
• You possess analytical skills and have a good understanding of numbers and KPIs
• You bring text competence with you and have a good sense for graphics and layouts.
• You are a team player, open to feedback, and go constructively with successes as well as failures
• A high level of self-motivation and enthusiasm, which also motivates others, rounds out your profile
