Online Marketing Manager / Customer Success (m/w/d)

You will have direct exchange with company owners in the trade. Your campaigns will be optimized independently in terms of customer results. You should already have experience with META Ads, customer care and the personnel department.

• Proactive Kundenkommunikation
• Your own message development in employer marketing
• Concept & creation of ad campaigns on Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn
• Concept & optimization of ad campaigns on Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn
• Counseling & further development of the employer brand of the customer
• Upsells with regular customers
• Monitoring and reporting of campaign results
• Direct customer contact by phone, email & Zoom
• Accompaniment of recruitment campaigns for our customers
• Presentation of customer information & coordination with the design team

Qualifikation

• High level of self-responsibility

• Pasión and affinity for social media and ad campaigns
• Professional experience in direct customer contact desirable
• Strong communicative skills and a developed sense of precision
• Degree or study in the commercial or marketing field
• The ability to execute tasks carefully and independently
• Fast perception and discipline
• Good handling of performance pressure
• Pleasure in a sales share
• Knowledge in the area of META-Ads & Performance Marketing
