Online Marketing Specialist 40%

We are digital gizmo GmbH, a digital agency in Lucerne. With our marketing subscriptions, we continuously support companies with SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, and newsletters. For our marketing and communications team, we are looking for a specialist to plan, implement, and evaluate campaigns for our clients and for ourselves.

What you bring

• At least 1 year of professional experience in marketing, either at an agency or in-house

• Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Ads

• Experience in creating social media posts and newsletters

• Basic knowledge of Adobe programs

• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken

• Practical experience counts more for us than a degree

• You present yourself confidently and professionally when interacting with clients

• You evaluate results clearly and derive improvements from them

• You enjoy learning and contribute new ideas and suggestions for improvement

Your tasks

• Planning and implementation of marketing activities for our clients

• Planning and implementation of internal marketing activities

• Direct exchange with clients regarding ongoing activities

• Creation of social media posts, newsletters, and website content

• Implementation of basic SEO measures

• Creation and management of paid ad campaigns

• Processing existing photos and graphics and creating new graphics

• Editing and processing simple videos

• Evaluation and reporting of marketing activities

This is how the application process works

Selected applicants will be invited to a small case study, where you will conceptualize a short marketing campaign across multiple channels. Afterwards, we will get to know each other personally, preferably over a coffee.
