Now we're looking for you: as an Online-Marketing-Manager:in to make our ESG-SaaS brand visible and drive our growth with strong campaigns. You will steer our online marketing channels, develop compelling storylines and lead magnets, and use modern, AI-based tools to make data-driven decisions and continuously increase visibility.

Aufgaben

• SEO & GEO: You ensure a technically clean website foundation, a well-thought-out content structure, and high visibility – both in classical search engines and AI systems.
• Analyse & Insights: You work with modern, AI-based analysis tools to evaluate keywords, backlinks, competitors, and visibility, and optimize your measures accordingly.
• Cross-Channel-Marketing: You set campaigns across multiple channels, ensure consistent communication, and evaluate their impact.
• Optional: Performance-Marketing: You plan and manage our paid campaigns, particularly on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, and continuously develop them further.
• Content-Operations: You actively support the setup and maintenance of our content – including backlink building, review management, and optimizing our current landing pages.
• Budget & Reporting: You keep track of costs and budgets and take care of transparent performance tracking.
• Testing & Optimierung: You conduct structured A/B tests to continuously improve performance.

Qualifikation

• You are trained in the field of marketing – ideally with a successfully completed education or relevant studies.
• You have experience in online marketing – preferably in the B2B-SaaS world or the sustainability sector.
• You have basic knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, and are familiar with funnels, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
• Ideal would be familiarity with WordPress, HubSpot, Sistrix, etc.
• You are organized, creative, and actively bring yourself into the team.
• You are proactive, solution-oriented, and strong in reliably leading projects to success.
• Sustainability themes excite you (e.g., ESG, CSRD, CO₂ balancing) – prior knowledge is not a must, but openness to new topics is important to you.
