Now we're looking for you: as an Online-Marketing Manager:in to make our ESG SaaS brand visible and lift our growth with strong campaigns to the next level. You steer our online marketing channels, orchestrate webinars and trade shows, develop compelling storylines and lead magnets.

Tasks

• Online Marketing & Campaign Management: You are responsible for website, SEO, and SEA activities, set up our webinar campaigns, steer omnichannel communication, and analyze their success.
• Webinar Management: You plan, organize, and manage our entire B2B event formats – from webinars to trade shows – including pre- and post-processing as well as live support.
• Messaging Excellence: You sharpen our positioning and develop lead magnets – always with the focus on generating qualified leads. You develop effective storylines and create compelling pitch and event presentations.
• Participant, Speaker, & Stakeholder Management: You coordinate participants, speakers, and internal stakeholders – clear, reliable, and professional – and serve as a central point of contact.
• Budget & Project Responsibility: You calculate costs, monitor budgets, and manage projects comprehensively – including management of service providers and procurement of offers.

Qualification

• You are trained in the field of marketing, communication, media or event management – ideally with a successfully completed education or relevant studies.
• You have already gained experience in marketing – preferably in the B2B SaaS world or in the sustainability sector.
• You have basic knowledge in online (SEO, SEA) and email marketing and are familiar with funnels, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
• Ideal would be familiarity with WordPress, HubSpot, Zoom, and survey tools.
• You are organized, creative, and actively bring yourself into the team.
• You are proactive, solution-oriented, and strong in reliably leading projects to success.
• Sustainability topics excite you (e.g. ESG, CSRD, CO₂ balancing) – prior knowledge is not a must, but openness to new themes is important to you.
