Online-Marketer / Performance Marketer (m/w/d)

To continue growing, we are looking for an Online-Marketer (m/w/d) who can take our Meta campaigns and creatives to the next level.

Tasks

• Development and optimization of Meta campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
• Creation of new ad sets, hooks, and creatives
• Analysis of KPIs such as CPL, CTR, CPM, and Conversion Rate
• Ongoing testing of ads, target groups, and landing pages
• Collaboration with our team on developing new recruiting funnels
• Identification of growth potential and scaling successful campaigns

Qualification

• Experience in the field of Meta Ads / Facebook Ads
• Understanding of performance marketing and data-driven work
• Creativity in developing new ad creatives
• Self-reliant and structured working styleInterest in recruiting, marketing, and lead generation
