About what really matters:

We're looking for someone who sees Online-Marketing not as a 'task', but as a playground for growth: test, optimize, learn. Whether you come from Native Ads or Newsletter is your thing - important is that you have a passion for performance and take on more responsibility step by step. Prospectively, we'll build further sales channels out, which you can test and scale.

Tasks

• Native Ads: Develop strategies, plan campaigns, implement, optimize (e.g. Taboola/Outbrain etc.).
• Newsletter/CRM: Campaigns, automations, segmentation, A/B tests.
• Landing pages and creatives to consider (either implement or brief/steward well).
• Reporting & Learnings: What works, why, what are we testing next?
• Further marketing channels over time: Develop strategies, evaluate, test, expand, scale.
• 'As needed, you'll steer external freelancers for graphics/creatives

• 'You don't have to be a pro - but first experiences in Online-Marketing help you get started quickly.'
• You enjoy making things measurably better.
• You're curious, learn quickly, and can organize yourself well.
• You want to deliver results rather than 'manage something'.
• Whether you've already done a lot or are getting back in: As long as you get started and improve.
