Online Facilitator - Early Childhood Education

About the Role

Acknowledge Education is seeking reliable Online Facilitators to join our Early Childhood Education faculty. Working remotely, you will engage preservice teachers through pre-prepared provocations in weekly forums, bringing theory to life with your practical experience. Your role will help ensure online students are as prepared, reflective, and resourceful as their on-campus peers. Ad hoc tasks (paid per piece) can include:

• Webinar delivery
• Assessment marking
• Practicum supervision
• Forum moderation
• Student engagement and support

This independent contractor position offers flexibility around your schedule and suits organised, accountable educators who can meet tight deadlines during the 12 weeks trimester with fast turnarounds required.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to forum posts in line with service level agreements (SLA)

• Address and redirect student queries within 48 hours to ensure timely support.

• Facilitate engaging webinars for pre-service teachers.
• Mark assessments within required timeframes (typically 5–7 days) and provide constructive, student-centred feedback.
• Participate in unit inductions and moderation activities to ensure alignment with faculty standards.
