Online English Teacher

Hello! We are selecting English Teachers for Online work: PRIVATE CLASSES OR CLASSES FOR TWO ONLY

Attention: Do not apply if you do not have a degree in English Letters or are not currently pursuing one.

Like's Differentiators:

• Holiday Bonuses the teacher receives (holidays we respect the course's headquarters _ RIO GRANDE DO SUL - POA)
• Bonus of 2 paid weeks (generally from December 23rd to January 7th)
• Paid training every 15 days.
• Other bonuses.

Requirements:

• Have availability for 20 hours for LIKE, preferably NIGHTS, starting at 6:00 PM and afternoons starting at NOON.
• Have energy and dynamism for teaching.
• Have a complete degree in English Letters or be in the 4th semester or later. Note: IELTS, TOEFL, CAMBRIDGE will be a plus, but we do not select those who do not have a degree or are not pursuing one.
• English level B2, C1, or C2, preferably C1 (a test will be applied as part of the selection process)
• Enjoy teaching teenagers and adults (main audiences).
• Have a good internet connection, headphones for teaching, and a camera with a microphone.
• Knowledge of teaching Business English Focus will be essential.
• Have a MEI (Micro-entrepreneur Individual) to issue invoices when we pay for services and for your retirement as well. (if you don't have one, it's easy to get).
• Knowledge of GOOGLE DRIVE (opening drive, folders, sharing), GOOGLE CALENDAR (knowing how to open an appointment).

Responsibilities

• Teach classes to students from 8 years old, adults, seniors.
• General English, travel, business, and school reinforcement.
• Simply follow the method and lesson plans.
• Correct assignments and assessments given to students.
• Write monthly feedback on students (we send it to them)

Selection Stages:

1st - Resume analysis.

2nd - Sending a schedule (diary) for you to fill in your available times and sending an identity/behavior test.

3rd - Scheduled interview - in this interview we will chat a bit and kindly ask the teacher to demonstrate their teaching skills with a 15-minute mini-lesson. Grammatical topic and level sent by email. Also, a DRIVE knowledge test (opening drive, folders, sharing), GOOGLE CALENDAR (knowing how to open an appointment).

4th - Final interview, final arrangements, and explanations about the course's policy and our agreements.

Class Rate:

R$32.00 for non-graduates (from the 4th semester onwards)

R$36.00 to R$50.00 for graduates (variation is analyzed: experience, international exams, teaching methodology)

Form: Employment contract. (not CLT)
