In this role, you will not only convey theory but also real practice: campaign logic, optimization, analysis, and strategic thinking.

Aufgaben

Your tasks – short & clear:

• Conducting online training sessions in the field of Performance Marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
• Transferring practical content on campaign planning, targeting, budget control, creatives & scaling
• Monitoring & Reporting: Analyze relevant KPIs and derive concrete optimization measures
• Fachliche Betreuung of participants - written, in live sessions or 1:1 consultations
• Discussing real campaign examples, trends, and best practices
• Constructive feedback on practice assignments and actively promoting learner success
• Involvement in the development of training materials (e.g. video lessons, handouts) and further development of course content

Qualifikation

This is what you should bring (Must-haves):

• Mind. 2 years of practical experience in Performance Marketing
• Experience in planning, implementing, and optimizing campaigns on Meta, Google & similar platforms
• Safe handling of targeting, budget control, creatives, and scaling strategies
• Routine in monitoring, reporting, and KPI-based optimization
• Strategic understanding for growth potential and performance levers
• Structured, self-employed work style and enjoyment of working with people
