In our office in Berlin-Charlottenburg, a strong team of 25 colleagues works in the areas of Content Strategy, SEO, SEA, Social Media Management, Redaction, Frontend Development, and Project Management. Since 2013, we have been surfing the online marketing wave and maintaining ourselves with competence and reliability on the market. We are looking for an Online Advertising Manager / SEA Manager (m/w/d) immediately and in the long term to strengthen the team and work on specific advertising campaigns for various customers.

Tasks

Your responsibility:

• Development of tracking concepts and setting up tracking
• Responsibility for media planning and implementation of online advertising campaigns, including budget responsibility in the Advertising area
• Project management: leadership of online advertising projects
• Creation of customer-specific advertising strategies

Your tasks:

• Advertising on channels Google, Social Media, and websites
• Google AdWords search ads campaigns
• Facebook Ads - Advertising campaigns
• Google Display Network - Banner campaigns
• Setting up tracking with Google Tag Manager and preparing data in the GA4 dashboard
• Research of keywords/search terms for search ads on the web
• Writing ad copy, Facebook posts, and Twitter tweets
• Designing Facebook ads in text-image format
• Creating banners for display ads
• Monitoring & Reporting: collecting and preparing data from tracking tools
• Evaluation of the data and performance metrics (Impressions, clicks, fans, etc.)

Qualification

Our expectations:

• Completed university degree, vocational training or apprenticeship
• Multiple years of professional experience with online advertising, e.g.
• Google AdWords
• GA4
• Tag Manager
• Facebook Ads
• Nice-to-have: YouTube Ads, advertising in other portals and Bing Ads
• Structured thinking, fun with conception, calculation, and consulting
• Good MS-Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent German language skills in writing and speaking, as well as enjoyment of text design
