Dental Assistant Officer

For our dental center in Den Helder and the Central Military Hospital in Utrecht, we are looking for a colleague who will strengthen our team of military dentists, specialists, oral hygienists, prevention assistants, and chair assistants. This is what you'll do As a dental assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the dentist during treatments, preparing patients for treatment, and maintaining order in the treatment room. You will also be involved in administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient files, and communicating with patients. In addition to your clinical skills, you will also have excellent communication and organizational skills. As an officer, you will also be responsible for leading a team of dental assistants and ensuring that they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties. You will also be involved in planning and implementing dental health programs and initiatives.
