Did you study in the direction of Human Resource Management or do you have a comparable diploma? And do you want to gain experience in a large, complex organization? As a Junior Officer Human Resources, you will provide administrative support in the field of HR at the Royal Netherlands Air Force.

What you will do

As a Junior Officer Human Resources, you will provide administrative support in various HR processes and to managers. You will be part of the HR Advisory staff element. This unit focuses on integrating HR policy into the business operations of the Air Force unit to which it belongs. It advises and coaches line management and employees in the HR field and ensures the implementation, application, and monitoring of new HR regulations.

Where you will work

You will work at one of the Air Force units, located throughout the country. Like every military member, you will participate in exercises and may be deployed. But first, you will follow military training and vocational training at the Royal Air Education and Training Center (RAETC) in Woensdrecht.
