This is what you will do

As a Non-Commissioned Officer Finance & Control, you provide advice and support on the execution and control of financial policy. Under the leadership of an Officer Finance & Control, you work in a team with cost accounting systems and arrange contacts with lower budget holders. You are involved in preparing the balance sheet and income statement, providing key figures, and calculating ratios.

Note: There are different start dates throughout the year. After applying, you will receive a personal application file, which includes a call-up date. Please note: this is a fictional date and therefore not correct. The start date for which you are eligible will only be determined later. This depends, among other things, on the results of the fitness test, the psychological examination, the medical examination, and the security screening, which are part of the application process. As soon as all these parts have been successfully completed, your start date will be discussed and recorded.

This is where you will work

You will work at the Financial Administration and Management Office (FABK) within the Defense Support Command (DOSCO). You will participate in exercises and you should take into account that you may be deployed abroad.

Before you start working, you will first follow the General Military Training (AMO) at the Royal Air Education and Training Center (RAETC) in Woensdrecht, followed by the Vocational Technical Training (VTO). After successfully completing your training, you will immediately start your career as a Non-Commissioned Officer Finance & Control in the Air Force.
