Maintenance Technician

About the role

Are you technically strong, enjoy variety in your work, and like to contribute to high-quality production in a high-tech environment? Then this is something for you!

Your tasks:

  • You perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on process and packaging installations.
  • You help optimize maintenance procedures together with the maintenance engineer.
  • When there are issues or quality problems, you analyze the problem and resolve it independently.
  • You perform small adjustments to automation systems (PLC, image recognition, serialization, etc.) and manage versions and changes correctly.
  • You stay up-to-date on new technologies and actively apply them.
  • You work closely with production coaches, operators, reliability engineers, validation experts, and quality workers.
  • Your planning is provided by the Maintenance Lead.

Job requirements

  • You have a broad technical knowledge of electricity, mechanics, pneumatics, and automation.
  • You can read technical drawings and have at least basic knowledge of safety circuits, measurement and control systems, PLCs, and drives.
  • You are interested in digital tools such as image recognition, networks, and maintenance software.
  • You are not afraid of administrative tasks within a regulated (pharmaceutical) environment.
  • You are eager to learn, flexible, and work both independently and in a team-oriented manner.
  • You speak fluent Dutch (required) and have a basic technical knowledge of English (preferable).
  • Both junior, mid-level, and senior profiles are eligible
