Job Description
The pharmaceutical company Organon is currently looking for maintenance technicians on a 2-shift basis.
As a maintenance technician, you possess the following knowledge and/or experience:
• performing preventive maintenance on packaging machines
• troubleshooting technical failures on machines
• technical problems can be both mechanical and electrical
• carrying out improvement assignments
• detecting, solving, and implementing technical problems
• anticipating various technical problems on different production lines
• you are in close contact with the production department to obtain the correct information when there is a problem
• supervising external technicians who assist in carrying out work on the packaging machines
Profile• You hold a technical diploma (e.g., electromechanics) or equivalent through experience
• Additional technical specialization years are an extra asset
• Preferably, you can demonstrate experience in a production or maintenance department
• Knowledge of PLC (Siemens A5/S7/TIA portal) and knowledge of AutoCAD is a huge plus
• You can work in 2 shifts without any problems
• You like to work hygienically, structured, and safely (knowledge of GMP rules)
