About the job
Do you enjoy working in a team in maintenance? We are looking for painting maintenance specialists for residential building projects.
You will be responsible for maintenance with your team at residential building associations.
You will start by washing, scrubbing, and painting. Once this is done, you will begin with grounds and facades.
You can perform small wood rot repairs independently.
About the company
Painting company active in the maintenance of real estate. On average, there are 70 employees. The company is active in VVE, care, schools, institutions, cooperatives, and businesses. Materials and tools are well organized.
What we ask
Knowledge and experience as a painter at a painting company.
You must be able to speak Dutch.
You must have a VCA or be willing to obtain one.
