You're on the road with your colleague every day.

You go to a job together. This week, you're working at vacation homes. You're mostly busy with washing, scrubbing, painting, and sealing, all within the work, luckily, because it's rainy weather.

Next week, there's a private home on the schedule. You need to take care of the entire exterior maintenance and you have 3 weeks to prepare for the job. You discuss the tasks with the client and check the color choices one more time.

After this beautiful job, you'll go to 2 large apartments that need a new painting treatment from the outside. It's expected that you'll be working on this with 2 other painters for about 2 months.

You're already reading a lot of variety and space for personal input.

Painting company active in various segments:

Real estate, VVE, recreation, housing associations (sustainability), government, and healthcare.

Every day, 5 employees work at the office and 30 craftsmen (painters, carpenters, and glaziers) work outside, taking care of property maintenance.

The work atmosphere is informal and pleasant to describe. The work area is Beilen / Zwolle / Apeldoorn / Twente.

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a maintenance painter at a painting company.

Speaking Dutch
