About the position
As Maintenance Painter Achterhoek RGS, you are responsible for maintenance with your team of 2-6 colleagues.
You will mainly perform outdoor painting work.
You will carry out small wood repair work, while large repairs will be performed by the carpenter.
Tents are usually built by external parties, but it may occur that you and your team must also do this.
You have a lot of contact with residents and discuss this with them.
Many variations and long-term work in Achterhoek.

Our client is active in housing associations, real estate companies, VVEs, and institutions.
The focus is on planned maintenance and sustainability.
There are over 80 employees working daily to ensure the quality of the maintenance.
What we ask
At least 2 years of experience as a painter at a painting company.
In possession of VCA or willing to obtain it.
Residing in the Achterhoek / Arnhem region.
