This is what you will do

As a maintenance technician, you contribute to the smooth running of our production processes. You will work in a modern production environment where high-quality powdered food products are processed. Together with a small, close-knit team, you ensure that our machines remain reliable, safe, and efficient. You will have the opportunity to tackle both mechanical and electrical engineering challenges and contribute to improvements within the organization.

What you will do:

• Inspect: check and maintain the machinery to prevent breakdowns.
• Perform maintenance: carry out preventive and planned maintenance on installations.
• Resolve breakdowns: analyze and fix mechanical and electrical breakdowns.
• Repairs: perform TIG welding and other technical repairs.
• Optimize: contribute to improvements in production processes and technical installations.

• A gross monthly salary between € 3,200 and € 4,200.
• Temporary contract with a view to a permanent employment.
• Full-time employment of 32-40 hours per week.
• 12% shift allowance and no night shifts.
• 8% holiday pay and 4% year-end bonus.
• Contribution-free pension and € 0.23 travel allowance per km.

This is you

We are looking for a technically versatile professional who resolves breakdowns and performs maintenance in a modern production environment.

• Completed vocational training (MBO) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience with maintenance and breakdowns within a technical service department.
• Technically broadly deployable: mechanical and electrical work.
• Solution-oriented and stress-resistant when dealing with multiple breakdowns.
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system.

About the company

You will work through Technicum at a medium-sized, internationally oriented production organization in Zwolle. The company is active in the food industry and focuses on mixing and packaging high-quality powdered food products.

Approximately 80 employees work within the organization. They work for various renowned international brands and private label partners. Quality, safety, and reliability are central to this.

As part of the Technical Service, you will work closely with your technical colleagues and production. The Technical Service consists of a Head of Technical Service and two Technical Service Employees. The Head of Technical Service works during the day, and the two technical employees work in a 2-shift system.
