Onboarding & Workforce Coordinator

Role Overview: The Workforce Success Coordinator serves as the primary post-hire point of contact for employees and contractors, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding through assignment completion. This role blends operational workforce administration (onboarding, attendance, timesheets, documentation) with proactive employee engagement, structured check-ins, and risk identification (retention, assignment health, early warning of issues). The business objective is to provide greater visibility into the workforce, improve communication, and drive employee satisfaction. Key responsibilities include: • Onboarding: Coordinate new hire onboarding process, ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed in a timely manner. • Workforce Administration: Manage attendance, timesheets, and other administrative tasks to ensure accurate tracking of workforce data. • Employee Engagement: Foster open communication with employees and contractors through regular check-ins, addressing concerns, and providing support. • Risk Identification: Monitor employee retention rates, assignment health, and early warning signs of potential issues to proactively address any concerns. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • 2+ years of experience in HR, workforce administration, or a related field. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
