After digitizing the beauty sector in several European countries, we are looking for our first sales representatives to make France one of our greatest successes.

The Opportunity

As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our clients to ensure a smooth and positive experience. Your service mindset, proactive approach, and problem-solving skills will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Your Missions

• Onboarding and Training: You will onboard and train our clients on how to use our solution through training sessions of 2 to 3 hours.

• Consulting and Expertise: You will advise and share your product expertise to help clients get the most out of their subscription.

• Primary Point of Contact: You will be the first point of contact for any customer questions or requests.

• Customer Experience: You will manage and follow up with your clients with a clear objective: to provide exceptional service. Your mission is to exceed their expectations and create genuine "WOW" moments of satisfaction.

Your Profile

• Education: You hold a bachelor's degree or have equivalent experience.

• Experience: You have previous successful experience in an account management or customer relations role.

• Analytical Mindset: You combine strong analytical skills with a creative approach to problem-solving.

• Excellent Interpersonal Skills: You know how to build immediate trust and create a strong connection with independent entrepreneurs.

• Digital Native: You are comfortable with SaaS tools and tech environments; proficiency with a CRM is a significant plus.

• Mobility: A valid driver's license (Permis B) is essential. You will manage the Lyon region with complete autonomy.

• Languages: Native French. Professional English is appreciated for collaborating with our international teams.
