The Opportunity

As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our clients to ensure a smooth and positive experience. Your service-oriented approach, proactive attitude, and problem-solving skills will be essential to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the company's overall success.

Your Missions

• Onboarding and Training: You will onboard and train our clients on how to use our solution through 2 to 3-hour training sessions.

• Advice and Expertise: You will advise and share your product expertise to help clients get the most out of their subscription.

• Preferred Point of Contact: You will be the first point of contact for any customer questions or requests.

• Customer Experience: You will manage and follow up with your clients with a clear objective: to offer exceptional service. Your mission is to exceed their expectations and create genuine "WOW" moments of satisfaction.

Your Profile

• Education: You hold a bachelor's degree or have equivalent experience.

• Experience: You have previous successful experience in an account management or customer relations role.

• Analytical Mindset: You combine strong analytical skills with a creative approach to problem-solving.

• Excellent Interpersonal Skills: You know how to build immediate trust and create a strong bond with independent entrepreneurs.

• Digital Native: You are comfortable with SaaS tools and tech environments: proficiency in a CRM is a real plus.

• Mobility: A driver's license is essential. You will manage the Geneva region with complete autonomy.

• Languages: Native French. Professional English is appreciated to collaborate with our international teams.
