The company makes it easy for anyone to order great food from local restaurants and caterers, and we're looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join our team! As part of our People Operations department, you'll be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. This includes but is not limited to:
⢠Conducting pre-onboarding calls with new hires to answer any questions they may have and set expectations for their first few weeks on the job
⢠Creating personalized onboarding plans for each new hire, taking into account their role, responsibilities, and goals
⢠Coordinating logistics for new hire orientation, including scheduling, materials preparation, and facilities setup
⢠Providing ongoing support to new hires during their first few weeks on the job, addressing any questions or concerns they may have and ensuring a smooth transition into their role
⢠Collaborating with other members of the People Operations team to develop and implement effective onboarding processes and procedures
