The Opportunity

As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our clients to ensure a smooth and positive experience. Your service-oriented mindset, proactive approach, and problem-solving skills will be essential for ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Your Missions

• Onboarding and Training: You will onboard and train our clients on how to use our solution through 2 to 3-hour training sessions.

• Advice and Expertise: You will advise and share your product expertise to help clients get the most out of their subscription.

• Primary Point of Contact: You will be the first point of contact for any client questions or requests.

• Customer Experience: You will manage and follow up with your clients with a clear objective: to offer exceptional service. Your mission is to exceed their expectations and create genuine "WOW" moments of satisfaction.

Your Profile

• Education: You hold a bachelor's degree or have equivalent experience.

• Experience: You have successful prior experience in an account management or customer relations role.

• Analytical Mindset: You combine strong analytical skills with a creative approach to problem-solving.

• Excellent Interpersonal Skills: You can build immediate trust and create a strong connection with independent entrepreneurs.

• Digital Native: You are comfortable with SaaS tools and tech environments; proficiency in a CRM is a significant plus.

• Mobility: A B driving license is essential. You will independently manage the REGION. region.

• Languages: Native French speaker. Professional English is appreciated for collaborating with our international teams.
